Melbourne/ Victoria Trip: Photo Dump! πŸŒ†πŸ—Ί

Welcome back dreamers!

How fast has this week gone?

It’s already Friday.. that’s not a bad thing, of course. Well, for those of us who are working. For people like me who are on holidays? We’re like, “time, why do you exist? Like, exist, of course, but to our BENEFIT ONLY.”

Right, anyway. I’m getting sidetracked πŸ˜‚

As I mentioned in some of my earlier posts, I was in Victoria for a little over a week, staying with my cousin and his housemate Rachel!

There were quite a few days where we got to go right into Melbourne city though.. on New Year’s Eve and New Years, for example. And I honestly loved it! Ever since last year, I’ve just been wanting to travel non stop (shoutout to my good friends Lauren and Kathryn who actually do that a lot of the time! ☺️) and even though I didn’t even leave the country, it felt like I grew a little as a person and I just feel well, I don’t know, more cultured? Yep.

So this will be fairly simple: I’ll split this post into three parts. I’ve got a poem to start with, then I’ll do a section for photos I took in Victoria, then photos from the time I spent in Melbourne.

PS. Keep a close eye on the channel: infinitelyadaydreamer! I’m posting a Melbourne Vlog.. or trying to. It’s taking a long while, but I assure you it’s worth the wait! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

To be human is to marvel at the rest stops that are the homes of other creatures

To be human is to have glittering stars for eyes, and a mind that roams, ever changing like the waves that grace the shore of many waters, a soul filled with love and a heart brimming with contentment

To be human is not easy

But all beautiful things

Blossom

Through the seasons of change

And grow through heartbreak and tears and longing

Like a πŸ¦‹

Fresh eyes

  1. Awwzz, thanks for giving me a shoutout!! πŸ˜€ You should definitely travel non stop when you are older!! It’s amazing!! The pictures look awesome!! And that rice though, is that the one you told me about? You went to a Thailand restaurant there! Now that I actually see it, it looks better than I imagined it to be, haha! Now I’m hungry… πŸ˜€ And the koala is so so so CUTE! I have never seen one in real life before!! I’m not kidding though, you MUST travel when you’re older, you only live once, you know? Haha.

    1. Aww, you’re so welcome! And thank you- this post was a frustrating one to put up because there were a whole lot of pictures πŸ˜‚ and yes, the rice was amazing! That was exactly the one I talked about, so good spotting hehe x And I know right! I’ve seen koalas before, but in like, a zoo! Not a backyard πŸ˜πŸ˜‚ And travel, that I will do. I don’t want to suppress something that I know makes me happy xx
