Hello lovelies!
Here’s an updated wishlist post with my favourite items at the moment. I really enjoy sharing these picks with you all every so often. Funnily enough I’ve already purchased majority of what you see here earlier this month. Yes, I was very keen, but I truly needed to update my winter closet and skincare drawer!
Read on if you’d like to find out a bit more about what I got + feel free to share what’s currently on your wishlist in the comments section. There’s a few more things I need to get eventually, but will look for later on. About a week ago I ordered myself a new iPhone- I got the 11 Pro Max and will need a more protective case than the cheap one I ordered with it. I had gotten a clear case for it as I’m not comfortable using the phone without any sort of cover. I’m thinking a classy nude leather case if possible.

Pictured here is the Alya Skin bundle, Kookai Cruiser tee, Country Road Heritage Sweat in Ecru and Status Anxiety laptop case in dusky pink.
Alya Skin Bundle
I simply adore this gorgeous local brand and feel so blessed to have had the chance to collaborate with them. I was sent their best selling pink clay mask to try and give a little review on. Can confirm, it was an absolute dream and they have the prettiest packaging! The entire Alya Skin range is vegan and cruelty free, designed to detoxify and give your skin a beautiful glow without all the nasties. After application, my skin felt soft, rejuvenated and fresh. Skin so good you don’t need makeup? Totally achievable. The entire Alya Skin range is available at Priceline Pharmacies which is nice and convenient. While Alya Skin is an Australian brand, they’ve also expanded to being in the UK.
I had run out of some of my everyday products and wanted to try a different brand so purchased the Alya Skin Native Berries moisturiser along with the Foaming Micellar cleanser. I try to switch up the skincare products I use on a daily basis as I don’t want to become so accustomed to what I’m using that I no longer feel or see the benefits! While this package hasn’t arrived yet, I think it’ll be a fun one. I’m particularly looking forward to trying the cleanser as I have friends who’ve raved about it- It’s actually plant derived and infused with watermelon seed.
Kookai Cruiser Tees
My oh my! I bought two of the cruiser tees in white and grey marle and they are next level comfortable. Perfect to dress up and down- just so versatile. So far I’ve worn them with jeans, under my coat and with a skirt. They are not your average shirt- the fabric is thick and luxurious. Despite being a short sleeve, it works just fine in colder weather and can be paired with a jacket. I have this pearl and diamond encrusted denim jacket which I think will be a great match. For a while my wardrobe lacked quality basics as I was so focused on buying statement pieces. I completely forgot that simple, everyday items are the real winners of your closet. They tie it together and provide a foundation for you to mix and match basics and patterned clothing. The tees were $45 aud individually and $90 together but I’m satisfied that I’ll get a lot of wear out of them. When I look to buy anything new, especially clothing, I think about cost per wear. If you are buying something to last, it is an investment, not an expense.
Country Road Heritage Sweat
This little package arrived yesterday afternoon which means I can review it more accurately! I ordered the Country Road Heritage Sweat in colour Ecru, which is a nice white. It looks slightly more beige in photos than when I tried it on but that’s fine. The jumper has the country road logo embroidered on and is just a nice staple item for colder weather. Sydney can get chilly in Winter and Autumn! It was soft to try on and has an overall relaxed, looser look to it. I read a few reviews before purchasing and ended up getting the jumper in an XS as it runs large. It’s now a comfy oversized fit which I can’t wait to pair with my Seed Heritage or Riders jeans and a leopard patterned hair scarf. Along with the jumper I ordered the classic stripe logo tote in navy and white with gold lettering. I love to use the side bags for school but my old one was quite worn and well overdue for a replacement!
Status Anxiety laptop case
Finally, a new laptop case. For years I’d been buying from Typo but now I prefer a pared back, sophisticated look. Status Anxiety’s leather laptop cases are part of their gorgeous new tech range. I enjoy minimalistic design and have shopped there before so I know what to expect. A couple of years back I bought one of their classic nude bags on sale and I use it all the time. I ordered the laptop case in dusky pink with rose gold hardware. It fits a 15′ Macbook Pro which is one of two sizes available. I have the Macbook Air 13′ model so am really hoping it’ll work for me.
